Did Ole Miss Coach Yo get handshake snub from Lady Vols' Kim Caldwell?
· Yahoo Sports
OXFORD — Ole Miss women's basketball coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin said she isn't taking her postgame interaction with Tennessee coach Kim Caldwell personally.
The two coaches had an extremely brief interaction in the handshake line on Feb. 17 after the Rebels' 94-81 win. McPhee-McCuin slowed for the traditional interaction by the scorer's table after the game. Caldwell reached out but didn't break stride.

"I think she probably was just really ready to go," McPhee-McCuin said. "I like Kim. I don't ever take stuff like that personally because the emotions. We're competitive. She's at Tennessee and that's a lot of history behind that place."
No. 17 Ole Miss (21-6, 8-4 SEC) and No. 21 Tennessee (16-7, 8-4) have incentive to move on quickly from the game. Both teams played Feb. 15 and will play on Feb. 19. The reason for a game in between those dates was because it was rescheduled from its original date of Jan. 26 after ice storms ravaged Oxford.
Looks like Kim Caldwell wasn’t too happy about taking that massive loss on the road

"Maybe she was in a rush, maybe she was upset," McPhee-McCuin said. "I respect both of them."
Caldwell was not asked about the interaction.
Ole Miss kept its regular rotation of players in for the fourth quarter for essentially all of the fourth quarter. Cotie McMahon, who scored a career-high 39 points, played 37 minutes.
Ole Miss entered the fourth quarter with a 75-53 lead but was outscored by nine points in the fourth quarter.
"For me, the game wasn't in hand until the buzzer sounded," McPhee-McCuin said. "Not against a team that shoots high-volume 3-pointers like Tennessee."
