Poland sends four swimmers and one diver to state meet

POLAND, Ohio (WKBN) – Poland Swim & Dive sends four swimmers and one diver to the Division II 2026 OHSAA State Swimming and Diving Tournament this week.

“I’m super excited, a little nervous, but definitely excited to get some good competition because it’s the best girls in the area,” said Daley. “I think my main goal is probably just to execute.”

The Bulldogs will also compete in the Boys 200 Yard Medley and Freestyle Relays. The relay team includes, Jake O’Bruba, Alex Khoury, Aaron Vandervort, and Sean Zura.

Vandervort will also compete in the Boys 100 Yard Butterfly.

The 2026 state meet starts on Tuesday Feb. 24 at the C.T. Branin Natatorium in Canton.
