Former UFC champion Israel Adesanya returned to action opposite rising knockout artist Joe Pyfer earlier tonight (Sat., Mar. 28, 2026) at UFC Seattle LIVE on Paramount+ from inside the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle Washington. Adesanya actually fought really well with his kicks early in the fight, but he got a little too aggressive and wound up paying the price.
Stuck beneath the massive Middleweight power puncher is bad place to be.

In addition to the Middleweight headliner, there were a ton of great fights! Most notably, former Flyweight champion Alexa Grasso viciously chinned Maycee Barber in the co-main event, producing one of the year’s best stoppages. Really though, the action was great from top-to-bottom, so check out some of UFC Seattle’s key moments below and let us know which performance stood out the most!
- Joe Pyfer mixed up his boxing and wrestling to secure the biggest win of his career over Israel Adesanya.
- Alexa Grasso landed a stunning left hand knockout over Maycee Barber, ending their would-be rivalry in the very first round.
- Michael Chiesa was victorious in front of his home crowd in a rare double retirement fight versus Niko Price, as “Maverick” quickly hopped the back and strangled “The Hybrid.”
- Promotional newcomer Lerryan Douglas made a very impressive debut by knocking down Julian Erosa with his jab multiple times en route to a first-round knockout.
- Former GLORY kickboxer Yousri Belgaroui destroyed the calf of Mansur Abdul-Malik and then beat the life out of the bluechip prospect for his second UFC knockout.
- Terrance McKinney wasted absolutely no time per usual, smoking Kyle Nelson in just 24 seconds with a big head kick and swarm of hammerfists.
- Tofiq Musayev vs. Iganacio Bahamondes was one of the year’s bloodiest and dirtiest fights. After a round of explosive kickboxing, Bahamondes dropped Musyaev with a straight right hand. As he recovered, Musayev used a rare double fence grab to prevent a takedown, and then the fight suddenly changed when Bahamondes dropped for a guillotine. He spent the rest of the round getting smashed by elbows and one headbutt that the referee failed to notice. It was great fun … but very controversial.
- Lance Gibson Jr. picked up his first UFC win by stopping Chase Hooper’s takedown and feeding him a nasty elbow in the very first round.
- Casey O’Neill quickly rocked and stopped Gabriella Fernandes in her first fight back after nearly two years of injury layoffs.
- Navajo Stirling knocked out Bruno Lopes for his first UFC stoppage win, picking apart “The Brazilian Cowboy” before securing the bloody finish with elbows from mount.
