The historic — and very expensiveUFC White House event is just over two months away.

Set for Sun., June 14, 2026, the one-of-a-kind card will take place on the South Lawn in Washington, D.C., as part of the United States’ 250th anniversary celebration.

Up to this point, fans have only seen renderings of the ambitious setup — and reports that the promotion could spend upwards of $60 million to bring it to life.

Now, they’re about to get a real preview.

According to UFC CEO Dana White, the promotion will unveil a first-look TV spot during UFC 327 this weekend, giving fans a clearer idea of how the South Lawn will actually look on fight night.

“This weekend, during the fights, will be the first look people will see what the South Lawn will look like,” White said during a recent stream with Adin Ross. “We have a TV spot for it, and it will actually show the setup.”

The preview is expected to highlight key elements of the layout — including where the Octagon will sit, fighter walkouts, and fan seating.

And while the visuals are one thing…

The weather conditions could be another.

White, who has never been shy about his dislike for outdoor events, made it clear that the show will go on no matter what — for the most part.

“[If it rains] we’re fighting. If it f—king snows, we’re fighting,” White told Ross. “The only thing — nothing can stop this show, except lightning. Lightning is the only thing that, and what we’d have to do is wait it out.”

“Listen, this is why I don’t like doing things outside,” White continued. Obviously, rain would suck, heavy winds would suck, if it is muggy and bugs, I mean, all this kind of shit is what you have to deal with when you do something outside, but we’re going through all of it. If any of those things happen, it doesn’t matter; we’re doing it. Like I said, if it snows, we’re going, but lightning is the only thing that will screw us.”

In other words…

Come hell or high water, UFC White House is happening.
