Last season, Sycamore won Flight A, followed closely by Indian Hill and Mason, with St. Xavier finishing in fourth place. This year, those four teams are back to compete with each other, but with Centerville and Springboro joining for even more competition.

A potential highlight could be a meeting between Mason's Greg Bernadsky and St. Xavier's Nihal Narisetty. Bernadsky and Narisetty met in the finals of the sectional, district and state tournaments last year with Bernadsky winning all three.

Mason also brings back Janek Teply, who teamed with Daniel Tonkal to qualify for the state tournament. Springboro's Peyton Nelson and Indian Hill's Neelan Gandhi, Grareth Kurowski and Jeremy Starczynowski were also competitors in the OHSAA tournament last year.

Seven Hills senior Adi Nayak, a two-time Division II state qualifier and one-time placer, can be seen at Flight D at St. Xavier against Little Miami, Mariemont and St. Xavier's "B" team.
