Or at least that is the point of view of the folks behind the "NBC Sports Boston" YouTube channel, who put together a clip from a recent episode of their "Celtics Talk" podcast featuring host Chris Forsberg breaking down Boston's current situation in the midst of the start of a presumably significant retooling offseason with guest Ryan Bernardoni, Celtics nation's not-so-secret salary cap guru.
