Etobicoke man slapped with gun, drug charges; Toronto man charged with sexual assault

An early morning traffic stop in Burlington led to a seizure of guns and drugs for Halton police.

Halton Regional Police said on June 3 at about 4 a.m., an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at a Petro Canada station at the intersection of Walkers Line and Harvester Rd.

Police said the lone male in the vehicle was wearing a face covering at the time of the traffic stop.

During the on-scene investigation, police arrested the male for impaired operation and conducted a search of the vehicle. The officer allegedly found two guns and a variety of narcotics.

Police allegedly located and seized a Glock 9 mm handgun loaded with nine rounds, a Glock 40-calibre handgun loaded with 14 additional rounds in the magazine, about 150 oxycodone pills, 150 Xanax pills, 40 hydromorphone pills and 50 grams of crack cocaine.

Leslie Prince, 46, of Etobicoke, was hit with 20 charges including operation while impaired; four counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking; careless use of a firearm; two counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm; and two counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Toronto man, 32, charged with sex assault

A 32-year-old Toronto man has been charged with sexual assault after an alleged assault during a massage appointment in the city’s west end.

Toronto Police said they began an investigation in May after it was alleged that a victim attended a wellness clinic in the Bloor St. W.-Runnymede Ave. area, at which time the accused allegedly sexually assaulted the victim.

Matthew Moloney was charged and investigators believe there may be additional victims, who are encouraged to come forward and contact police.

Wanted man surrenders on sex assault charges

A 32-year-old Toronto man is facing a slew of charges for alleged offences including sexual assault.

Toronto Police said the accused and the victim are known to each other and the alleged offences happened between October 2025 and June in the York neighbourhood near Foxwell and Jane Sts.

Police said that Pablo Ramirez Martinez surrendered on Monday. He was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault, four counts of assault, three counts of mischief obstruct property under $5,000, two counts of uttering threats causing bodily harm, uttering death threats, forcible confinement, mischief, criminal harassment and uttering threats to property damage.
