Sebastian Cossa is involved in a lot of trade rumors for a goalie who is still seeking some NHL experience.

But with the Detroit Red Wings possessing a lot of depth in net, and with Cossa having a lot of potential, the potential trades are rolling in.

There's been a lot of speculation that Cossa will end up with the Edmonton Oilers, and yeah, that would make a lot of sense. They definitely need help in goal.

The Oilers apparently aren't alone, though.

ESPN's Kevin Weekes shared on X that the Utah Mammoth are also interested in Cossa.

It'd be fascinating to see Cossa move to Utah, a team trying to rise in the Western Conference. If they can get him instead of the Oilers nabbing him, it could be a long-term boost to the Mammoth's chances.

Of course, the emergence of this rumor really emphasizes the fact that Cossa could have multiple suitors.

Cossa has company in the "young goalie with limited experience who is available for trade" category from Buffalo's Devon Levi, too, so this might not be as simple as a team like the Mammoth getting one or none. There might be two players available.

It's going to create a fascinating market for these goalies, and it could lead to negotiations getting drawn out.
