ESPN's Seth Walder took a look at all the moves by the Bucs and every other NFL team and wrote up the ones he liked the most and least. When it came to his least favorite move they made, it centered on them no bringing back Jamel Dean.
Walder wrote, "The Buccaneers also lost Dean in free agency. Given the contract he signed -- $12.25 million per year from the Steelers -- I would have tried to keep him."
The veteran cornerback was around for their Super Bowl win and brought a presence that was needed in the young group. Now, they will be leaning on the likes of Antoine Winfield Jr. and Zyon McCollum to step up and lead the secondary.
