The Cleveland Browns have really done a good job over the last couple of NFL Draft classes. This year, they got some good prospects who have plenty of potential, with KC Concepcion, Denzel Boston, Spencer Fano, and Emmanuel McNeill-Warren all good picks.

But it's going to be hard to match last year's class. Even ignoring Mason Graham at No. 5, the Browns had a great class. Carson Schewsinger won Defensive Rookie of the Year, and Harold Fannin Jr. was a phenomenal tight end in year one.

Now, heading into year-two for Fannin, he received some lofty praise and a great projection from an NFC executive in the top-10 TE poll from ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Harold Fannin Jr. receives high praise, lofty projection from NFC executive

"His arrow is up," an NFC executive said, according to Fowler. "He's a chess piece that can maneuver in space. He should be a 100-catch guy."

This is some lofty praise for Fannin, as this NFC executive believes the third-round tight end, selected 67th overall, is a chess piece who could reach 100 receptions in a season.

During his rookie year, with inconsistent quarterback play from Joe Flacco, Dillon Gabriel, and Shedeur Sanders, Fannin caught 72 passes for 731 yards and six touchdowns.

The 22-year-old was great in 2025, and with this NFC executive projecting that "his arrow is up," there's reason to believe the best is yet to come for Fannin.

MOREShedeur Sanders could thrive in Todd Monken's offense despite lacking Lamar Jackson's legs

He could build upon his connection with Sanders in 2026 if the 2025 draft pick is named the starting quarterback, and prove he shouldn't just be an honorable mention on this top-10 TE ranking, but someone who should be among the top-10 TEs in the NFL.

Todd Monken, bringing his offense from the Baltimore Ravens to Cleveland, should utilize Fannin plenty in 2026.

He's someone who could have a massive season, and maybe even earn a Pro Bowl nod if he can reach the heights this NFC executive believes he can.

But, it's still great for the Browns that an executive for another team believes Fannin is not just a good tight end already, but one that is trending in the right direction, and could even have as good a year as a 100-catch season.
