Did Colorado football opt out of appearing in College Football 27 over the microtransactions controversy?

Visit esporist.com for more information.

No, this was just a troll post from infamous faux-college football insider "Shane Tuttle" that went viral on Friday.

EA reversed course on its controversial "microtransactions" game implementation on this year's College Football game. Before it did, "Tuttle" shared this false update about Colorado football.

It's not real; Colorado is still a playable team in College Football 27. This is just a bunch of hooey to trick people; nothing to see here. "Shane Tuttle" is not a real person; he's just a troll account on social media.

"Tuttle" tried this with Oregon quarterback Dante Moore, Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy and Miami wide receiver Malachi Toney, too.

Again, this is all bogus, too. They have not opted out of the game.

This is all just hogwash. Disregard.
