Former 76ers guard considered one of the great shooters in NBA history

It's ranking time in the NBA offseason as just about every team is done making moves. Well, just about everybody outside of the teams waiting on LeBron James to make a decision in free agency, which includes the Philadelphia 76ers, but it's still rankings time nonetheless.
This edition is looking at the great shooters in the history of the NBA. While the league has taken on the trend of shooting a bunch of 3-pointers in recent seasons, the 3-point shot was introduced in the 1979-80 season. While it wasn't fully embraced during that time, the shot was still taken in an effort to find new ways to improve the game.

Bleacher Report has ranked the top 99 shooters in the history of the game and former Sixers All-Star Dana Barros comes in ranked No. 93 on the list:
Another early adopter of three-point volume, Dana Barros led the league in three-point percentage in 1991-92 (at 44.6) and then really broke out when the league shortened the three-point line for three years (from 1994-95 through 1996-97).
During those years with the closer line, Barros put up 16.3 points and 2.1 threes, while shooting 43.4 percent from deep. He also canned 89.2 percent of his free-throw attempts in that stretch.
Most of the rest of his career was spent as a reserve, but at 5'11", Barros did a lot to pave the way for undersized specialists.
Barros averaged 20.6 points and 7.5 assists while shooting a ridiculous 46.4% from deep on 5.2 attempts per game in the 1994-95 season. He was named an All-Star that season and also took home the Most Improved Player award. The Sixers had a tough season, but Barros was terrific in every sense of the word for Philadelphia.
