If sources are to be believed, Union Minister for Commerce Piyush Goyal is unlikely to be affected by the much-anticipated reshuffle of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Cabinet. Sources said Goyal has led the FTA talks with the US, which are at an advanced stage, and is therefore unlikely to be disturbed.

IAS Charchit Gaur (2016 Batch), District Magistrate of Sonbhadra; IAS Kumar Harsh (2016 Batch), District Magistrate of Bulandshahr; and IAS Abhishek Goyal (2016 Batch), District Magistrate of Hamirpur, are the youngest Collectors in Uttar Pradesh. All three officers were born in 1993.
