WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- Coming into 2026, the South County football program will be on their third head coach in three years.
Jonte Craig will lead the Stallions in 2026 on an interim basis. In 2025, Craig was the defensive coordinator for South County, as the team finished 8-4.

SoCo is hoping to return to prominence this season, and with eight starters returning on defense, they belive they can be a dominant group.

South County opens their 2026 campaign on Friday, August 28 when they open up with Gainesville on the road.
