Ex CEO IIFL Capital & Current Wylth Founder Amit Shah Buys 2 Lower Parel Luxury Apartments For ₹92.51 Crore At Kalpataru One

Mumbai, August 24, 2026: Amit Shah, founder and CEO of wealth-tech platform Wylth and former CEO and board member at IIFL Capital Pte. Ltd., has purchased two luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Lower Parel for a combined Rs 92.51 crore, according to property registration data sourced from Zapkey.
The transactions were registered on August 20, 2026, with the two apartments valued at approximately Rs 46.25 crore each. The seller is Kalpataru Properties Limited.

Apartment Details
The properties are on the 40th habitable floor of Wing A of Kalpataru One in Lower Parel. Each apartment has a RERA carpet area of 410.84 sq m (4,422 sq ft), taking the combined RERA carpet area to 821.68 sq m (8,844 sq ft).
In addition to the carpet area, the two residences have a combined open balcony area of 63.48 sq m (684 sq ft), or 31.74 sq m (342 sq ft) for each apartment.
The transaction works out to approximately Rs 1.05 lakh per sq ft based on the RERA carpet area.
The purchase also includes eight vehicle parking spaces, with four parking spaces allotted to each apartment.
Another Major Kalpataru One Deal
The deal comes shortly after another major transaction involving Kalpataru One. In July, the family of veteran investor Bharat Shah purchased four luxury apartments in the same development for around Rs 180 crore. Those four residences had a combined RERA carpet area of about 17,689 sq ft and came with 16 parking spaces.
