Andrew Luck on the hardest hit he took: 'Do I still have all my teeth?'

Andrew Luck joined Wednesday's episode of The McShay Show and talked all things football, his life, and beyond. In the last segment, Luck shared the hardest hits he took in his career, something that may haunt some Colts' fans.
First, he mentioned a game against Oregon during his time with Stanford in his sophomore season. He recalled the bootleg action in the red zone where it all went down.

"He read it, identified it, and hit me so quick, and I was leaning forward into it out of the play fake," Luck said of Casey Mathews, an Oregon linebacker. "I went to the sideline, and I was scared to take my mouthpiece out to call the next play because I thought he dislodged a tooth.
"We scored and I went over to the bench said (to backup quarterback Tavita Pritchard), 'Tavita, do I still have all my teeth?' I did."
The second, may hit a little closer to home.
"In the NFL, my rookie year: Nick Perry, Green Bay Packers, USC," Luck told the hosts. "I'm sure that one's on YouTube, he lifted me up and planted me."
A quick-ascending quarterback in the NFL, Luck retired at just 29 a month from the start of the 2019 season. During his time with the Colts, Luck missed 26 games to injury. Notably, a shoulder injury kept him away for nearly a season and a half, and required surgery.
