Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has issued a strong warning to his players as the team braces to face Real Betis on Friday at Estadio de La Cartuja.

As the team braces for Friday’s challenge, Mourinho said in the press conference that it has to be a great Real Madrid otherwise the team won’t win. He further lauded the Betis team while acknowledging Madrid’s recent good results. He also warned his team that winning at Betis’ backyard won’t be easy.
“It has to be a great Real Madrid, otherwise, they won’t win,” Mourinho said. “Betis, as you say, is a very good team. Real Madrid’s recent results there speak for themselves . It is difficult to win there. To win, you have to be at your very best level. There is no other way,” he concluded.
In the three wins that Madrid have secured this season so far, the team has scored 10 goals while conceding two, giving them a goal difference of +8 and placing them second in the standings behind Barcelona.
