Each week, the Deseret News collects high school football stats from around the state, with approximately 85% of the coaches submitting their offensive and defensive stats.

Class 6A

  • Bode Sparrow, Davis — Enjoyed a touchdown hat trick in Week 4 with a rushing, receiving and kick return touchdown in leading Davis past Alta for the 27-6 win.
  • Jaxon Hunt, Mountain Ridge — Another massive night through the air as he completed 24 of 33 passes for 312 yards and seven touchdowns in the Sentinels’ 59-0 rout of Cedar Valley.
  • Kome Toilolo, Copper Hills — Blocked a punt in the end zone and recovered it with 4:35 remaining for the game-winning touchdown as the Grizzlies slipped past Layton for the 33-29 win.
  • Jake Matsen, American Fork — Completed 21 of 31 passes for 344 yards and four touchdowns as American Fork pulled away in the second half for the 41-13 win over Farmington.

Class 5A

  • Dennis Tua’one, Timpview — Was unstoppable through the air in Timpview’s 48-3 win over Payson as he caught 11 passes for 293 yards and four touchdowns.
  • Beckham Curtis, Orem — Huge day on the ground as he carried the ball 19 times for 254 yards and three touchdowns in the 42-14 win over Springville.
  • Kamden Lopati, West — Enjoyed his best performance of the season as he completed 12 of 13 passes for 302 yards and five touchdowns in the 54-6 win over Hunter.
  • Calvin Cooper, Fremont — Completed 14 of 16 passes for 265 yards and three touchdowns and also rushed for two more scores to spearhead a dominant 48-6 win over Bonneville.
  • Alani Latu, Hillcrest — Caught 11 passes for 172 yards and two scores in leading Hillcrest to the easy 45-0 win over Granger.

Class 4A

  • Brexton Hunter, Provo — Returned a kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown and added two more receiving touchdowns with seven catches for 96 yards as the Bulldogs beat Salem Hills in OT 34-28.
  • Parker Olson, Snow Canyon — Completed 26 of 38 passes for 339 yards and four TDs, including game-winning TD pass to Isaiah Thompson with 22 seconds left as Snow Canyon beat visiting Woods Cross 35-28.
  • Colton Clark, Ridgeline — Dominant defensive performance with three interceptions, seven tackles and a sack in leading Ridgeline to the 42-14 win over Mountain Crest.
  • Will Bauman, Highland — Only threw 12 passes, but five of them went for touchdowns in the 55-0 win over Cottonwood.

Class 3A

  • Colton White, Richfield — Carried the ball 12 times for 195 yards and one touchdown as the Wildcats took care of business with a 36-7 win over North Sanpete.
  • Anderson Curry, Ogden — Led the offensive charge for Ogden in the 48-13 win over Clearfield as he rushed the ball 19 times for 153 yards and two touchdowns.
  • Camden Sheridan, Canyon View — Big night on the ground with 15 carries for 112 yards and four touchdowns in Canyon View’s 58-7 victory over Carbon.

Class 2A

  • Ajay Thomas, Emery — Completed 19 of 22 passes for 232 yards and four touchdowns and rushed for another score in a 48-16 blowout win over Judge Memorial.
  • Brigg Palmer, San Juan — Another monster night for Brigg Palmer, who carried the all 31 times for 235 yards and a touchdown, in addition to a pair of receiving TDs and seven tackles defensively in the 38-14 win over Summit Academy.

Class 1A

  • Briggs Gardner, Duchesne — Caught a key touchdown pass in the fourth quarter and also recorded two interceptions in leading Duchesne past Beaver for the 24-15 win.
  • Jake Christensen, Enterprise — Rushed for three touchdowns in powering Enterprise to the 59-14 win over North Sevier.
