Texas football coach Steve Sarkisian had simple words Saturday for veteran reporter Holly Rowe.
"Go! Texas fight!" the Longhorns head man said after a shocking 24-23 comeback win. "Let's go Texas fight! Hook 'Em!"

The Longhorns erased a three-score lead in the fourth quarter to beat the top-ranked Buckeyes. But Sarkisian wasn't interested in sharing too much in the immediate aftermath.

Why did Steve Sarkisian walk away from reporter?
After Texas held off for the win, Rowe was seen next to Sasrkisian on the field. A witness in the area said ESPN took a while to cut to the interview and Sark appeared to be done waiting.

Earlier in the game, Sarkisian didn't even offer Laura Rutledge the nine words he gave Rowe. As she tried to track down Sarkisian after the second quarter ended, the coach was seen hustling into the locker room.
But Rutledge later explained it was her network's difficulties that caused the mishap.

"I do want to make sure we clear something up," Rutledge, a veteran sideline reporter, said after the fact. "(Steve Sarkisian) did decline the interview at the half. He had waited a long time, been very patient with some technical issues that we had. He apologized to us. We should be apologizing to him, which we did."
Can anyone blame Sarkisian for being a little testy? His team had two first-half turnovers and fell behind quickly 10-0 before the OSU lead ballooned to 20-3 at the break. But the Longhorns held the Buckeyes to just three points in the second half as it's defense rounded into form and its offense found some efficiency.
After Saturday, up next for Texas is a Week 3 game against UTSA.
