Why It Matters: Despite operating under constant duress behind a patchwork offensive line, Love shredded the Vikings secondary for huge chunk plays, ending the day with 387 yards and a pair of touchdowns. His completion percentage was a reflection of the pressure Minnesota was able to generate, but the good news is the new streamlined receiver group of Christian Watson, Jayden Reed, Matthew Golden, and Tucker Kraft looked dangerous. Love may not face a more difficult set of circumstances this year than what he saw on the road against a blitz-heavy team in Week 1. While Love entered 2026 as a midrange QB2, he showed there's weekly QB1 upside here.
