Pete Crow-Armstrong‘s season is becoming difficult to describe with one statistic. During Wednesday’s 8-4 win over the Atlanta Braves, the Cubs center fielder produced his 10th career 10-total-base game, adding two home runs and a triple.
That 10-total-base game gives him three more such performances before turning 25 than any other player since at least 1900. It also tied Nelson Cruz’s six 10-total-base games in 2019 for the most in a single MLB season during that period.

Crow-Armstrong Is Building a Different Kind of Cubs Record
Only Billy Williams and Sammy Sosa have more 10-total-base games in Cubs history, with 12 each, according to MLB’s Sarah Langs. That places Crow-Armstrong alongside two of the franchise’s most accomplished offensive players while he is still just 24.
