Dog-gone shame — crooks steal Yorkshire Terrier named Chanel from NYC yard

The pair pulled up to the College Point home at 130th Street and 14th Avenue in a Subaru Forester around 6 p.m. Sept. 17, before one of them swooped up Chanel, who was using the bathroom in the yard, according to cops and law enforcement sources.
