In a shocking announcement, the Wisconsin Badgers remain unranked in the US LBM Coaches Poll while USC sits at No. 25.

While yes, the Trojans falling 10 spots is big news, it's extremely interesting to see voters keep them in the top 25 after they just lost to UW by 17 points.

In fact, Wisconsin wasn't even the most-voted unranked team. Somehow, Oklahoma State received 120 votes, which is six more than what the Badgers had (114).

College Sports Wire's Tyler Nettuno dropped a prediction that Wisconsin would be the No. 24-ranked team while USC would fall out entirely, but that didn't come to fruition.

Unofficially, as of Sunday, Oct. 25, Wisconsin is the No. 27 team in the nation, according to the US LBM Coaches Poll.

Wisconsin's Week 9 opponent, Iowa, fell from No. 14 to No. 24, meaning UW will have another opportunity to earn a ranked win on Saturday, Oct. 31.
