The Gunners captured their first title in England's top tier of soccer in 22 years after the Bournemouth-Manchester City match on Tuesday, May 19 ended in a draw.

The team was watching the match together at their training facility in London Colney wearing their practice kits and adidas slides. They held their breath with clenched fists as the final seconds ticked down and then erupted in cheers when the final whistle blew.

Several players, including Bukayo Saka, Declan Rice and Gabriel, hugged each other and jumped up and down joyfully while a few members of the staff stood on tables and chairs around the group. Everyone broke out in a song popular among soccer champions, "Campeones! Campeones! Olé, Olé, Olé."

Fans gathered outside Emirates Stadium to watch the Bournemouth-Manchester City game and find out the fate of their beloved club. They cheered and jumped around when the match ended and the title was captured. Gooners flooded the streets of London in celebration. Even former Arsenal star and current commentator Ian Wright joined in on the fun.

Arsenal has been runners-up for the championship the past three years. The club last won the Premier League in the 2003-04 season when manager Arsène Wenger led them to a historic unbeaten year that earned the team the title of "The Invincibles." The Gunners also won the Prem during the 2001-2002 and 1997-98 campaigns.
