That must've been the first thought of Texas Rangers fans on Tuesday night. Corey Seager was supposed to bat third. He didn't come to the plate.
Seager had been removed from the game without even taking his first at bat.
With a history of injuries, this is a bad sign.

There was no immediate announcement.
Reporters on site simply observed the absence.

Reporters will ask further postgame to understand what's going on.
Whatever it is, it isn't ideal.
When healthy, Seager is still a great hitter. He simply hasn't been healthy enough in his career.
