Here is running back Corey Kiner.
Corey Kiner background, 2025 season
Kiner was a rookie in 2025. He spent time with the San Francisco 49ers and Minnesota Vikings before the Cardinals signed him to their active roster from Minnesota's practice squad.
After signing, he appeared in four games. He played 30 offensive snaps and six on special teams. He rushed for 58 yards on 12 carries and had two catches for 15 yards. He also returned one kick for 22 yards.
Corey Kiner contract details, cap hit
Kiner will make almost $1.01 million if he makes the final roster. He will be an exclusive rights free agent in 2027. His cap hit and salary are the same.
Questions he faces, 2026 roster outlook
After the Cardinals signed Tyler Allgeier and drafted Jeremiyah Love third overall, and with the return from injury of James Conner and Trey Benson, Kiner seems like a longshot to make the roster.
He was the last running back added last year, he has no connection to the new coaching staff, players are healthy and new players have been added.
He will likely see a lot of preseason action, but his best shot will be the practice squad.
