Fans dressed as Dodgers

5. Dodger and World Series Trophy

This classic combo pairs two things that belong together: a Dodger and the Commissioner’s Trophy.

This season, the Boys in Blue fell short of that goal, adding a nostalgic element to this costume idea.

Maybe next year.

4. Shohei Ohtani

This getup is certainly a classic, but they definitely get credit for execution.

From the uniform to the gear and the hit celebration, 10/10.

3. Freddie Freeman Funko Pop

The 3D element is incredible here.

The costume wearer is depicted inside the Funko box, which adds to the costume’s realism.

2. Dodger Dogs

Dodger Dogs are a classic, and dressing up as full-size hot dogs with Dodgers jerseys on is both simple and effective.

Props to these costumed fans for picking something easy to wear and take on and off.

1. Shohei Ohtani Topps card

Making a 3D baseball card is no easy feat, but this nailed it.

Adding the Dodger Stadium background and having the costumed fan hold a bat are both nice touches that elevate this getup. Nice job!

Players’ costumes

5. Brusdar Graterol as the Undertaker

This is the first of reliever Brusdar Graterol’s two appearances on the list, and this one gets full marks for execution.

The Bazooka cut no corners on this costume.

4. Brusdar Graterol as Aaron Donald

Time for Graterol No. 2. This time, he’s dressed up as another star LA athlete, Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald.

The full blue uniform, including jersey and pants, gets respect, but the lack of a helmet or pads hurts this one a bit.

3. Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman as Tiger Woods and his caddy

A classic buddy costume: Mookie Betts dressed as Tiger Woods on a Sunday, and Freddie Freeman as his caddy at the Masters.

The toy golf clubs are a nice touch, too.

2. Cody Bellinger as LeBron James and Joe Kelly as a Taco

Give this one credit for out-of-the-box thinking — or should that be outside of the bun?

Former Dodgers Cody Bellinger and Joe Kelly dressed up as former Laker LeBron James and a taco, respectively, referencing King James’ famous love of Taco Tuesday.

1. Dustin May as Pennywise

Dustin May’s depiction of Pennywise from “It” takes the cake.

The realism, the attention to detail, the excellent use of red hair — it’s all perfect.

Teammates didn’t stand a chance.
