Pato O'Ward wins IndyCar race at Mid-Ohio in 2026, full results

The NTT IndyCar Series competed at Mid-Ohio, and it was a thrilling event. Christian Lundgaard won the pole for the grand prix, but he lost the lead to his Arrow McLaren teammate Pato O'Ward later in the race. However, in the closing laps, Lundgaard made a push, and only one of the McLaren drivers could enter victory lane.

O'Ward and the No. 5 team for McLaren won Sunday's race at Mid-Ohio, earning their first victory of the 2026 IndyCar season. The driver of the No. 5 car was able to maintain a healthy gap over Lundgaard, who came up just short of winning his third race of the 2026 campaign.
